Israeli Forces Advance Into Southern Syria's Quneitra Countryside
Damascus, May 16 (QNA) - The Israeli occupation forces advanced into the village of Sida Al Hanout and the outskirts of the village of Al Muallaqa in the southern countryside of Quneitra Province amid military movements inside residential areas.
A force consisting of four occupation military vehicles entered the village of Sida Al Hanout, where troops deployed between civilian homes and searched several houses without carrying out any arrests.
Three occupation tanks also advanced into the vicinity of Tal Al Durayat on the outskirts of Al Muallaqa before later withdrawing from the area.
The Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the 1974 disengagement agreement through repeated incursions and attacks in southern Syria, amid ongoing Syrian demands for a full Israeli withdrawal from Syrian territory. (QNA)
