Israeli Occupation Arrests 8 Palestinians in West Bank
Occupied Jerusalem, June 14 (QNA) - The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Sunday eight Palestinians in various areas across the West Bank.
Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported that the IOF arrested seven Palestinians in the town of Anata, east of the occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds), and another young Palestinian in Al-Zawiya town, west of Salfit Governorate, after having raided and searched several homes.
In a related context, the IOF obstructed the movement of Palestinians east of Qalqilya, and closed the entrance to the village of Al-Nabi Elyas with iron gates, as well as the Azzun Jayyous road, causing disruption to movement.
The Cities, towns, and refugee camps across the West Bank and the occupied Al-Quds witness daily raids and incursions by the IOF, often accompanied by confrontations, arrests, and the firing of live and rubber bullets, as well as tear gas canisters, at Palestinian youths. (QNA)
