Doha, June 12 (QNA) - The global rating agency AM Best announced that it has affirmed the Financial Strength Rating (FSR) of Qatar Islamic Insurance Group (QIIG), a Qatari public shareholding company, at A- (Excellent), and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating (ICR) at A- (Excellent), with a stable outlook for both ratings.

A statement issued by the company and published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website on Thursday said that the rating reflects the group's strong balance sheet, which AM Best assessed as very strong, as well as the strength of its operating performance. (QNA)
