Kiev, September 11 (QNA) - Mutual Russian and Ukrainian attacks injured 10 people and damaged buildings and civilian facilities in both Ukraine and Russia.

In Kyiv, Ukrainian authorities announced today that eight people were injured after a nine-story residential building was hit in Russian air strikes.

Russia resumed its near-constant aerial attacks on Kyiv this week following a brief pause that coincided with visits by US President Donald Trump's envoys to Moscow and Kyiv as part of efforts to end the war that began with the Kremlin's invasion of Ukraine in 2022.

In the Russian city of Volgograd, located south of Saratov on the Volga River, two people were injured in a Ukrainian missile attack that struck a residential building, while debris also damaged an industrial facility.

Ukrainian drones also damaged civilian infrastructure in the city of Saratov on the Volga River in central Russia, regional Governor Roman Busargin said, adding that no injuries were reported.

For its part, Russian e-commerce company Ozon said a Ukrainian drone attack caused a fire at its logistics center in Saratov. (QNA)
