Doha, December 01 (QNA) - A Gulf delegation from the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Kuwait praised Qatar's hosting of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, stressing that Qatar presents an exceptional edition in organizing the world championship.
The delegation also appreciated the cultural role of Al Jasra Cultural and Social Club, through Al Jasra Magazine, and the club's continuous pioneering role in promoting the Arab cultural scene.
This came during the visit of the delegation, which included a number of officials and parliamentarians from Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, to Al Jasra Cultural and Social Club and Souq Waqif.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Jasra Cultural and Social Club, Ibrahim Al Jaidah, said in a statement on this occasion that the visit of this delegation came within the framework of strengthening the bonds of cultural and literary communication in the Gulf, adding that the visit confirms the bonds of brotherhood between the people of the Gulf.
