Doha, November 29 (QNA) - The Spanish Felix Sanchez, coach of the Qatari national team, confirmed that losing to the Dutch national team does not overshadow the good performance that the team gave in the match, noting that he has not yet thought about his future with the national team after the task at the World Cup ended with an exit from the first round.

He told press that the task was not easy at all, explaining that they gave a high and great performance in the match despite the loss, confirming that all the players did well and tried in various ways to look good and provide a decent level.

The coach thanked the Qatari fans for the support provided to the national team, highlighting that the team have achieved good achievements over the past years, including winning the Asian Cup 2019, which is great, adding that the World Cup is different from all competitions.

He reiterated that they gained an achievement by playing in the World Cup in that way, especially in the second and third matches, underlining that their target was to appear competitive and match the teams they are playing against.

He concluded that they have to evaluate and analyze the matches played, and not rely on the opinions that are being said here and there, because "the team have their vision and analysis their own", as he stated. (QNA)
