Doha, November 29 (QNA) - Mexico manager Gerardo Martino said their last group stage match against Saudi Arabia on Wednesday would be tough and decisive, and they need to win with the highest goal difference possible to reach the last-16.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference at the tournament main media office, the Argentine predicted to see large numbers of Saudi fans in the stands in a game that would decide the qualifies for the knockouts.

Mexico need to get out of the match with heads held high; a victory with the largest goal difference possible is required regardless of the result of the Argentina-Poland match, Martino said.

There are no excuses for not netting the two previous games, and this needs to be analyzed, he added, stressing his side will play tomorrow's game with attacking flair.

Mexico footballer Andres Guardado said at the conference that they overcame their loss to Argentina, vowing to show an overwhelming performance against Saudi Arabia.

Commenting on his concussion injury during the Argentina game, Guardado said he is ready for tomorrow's clash, calling for further support for Mexican fans.
