Doha, November 29 (QNA) - The French national team's coach Didier Deschamps stressed the importance of the game that France will be playing against the Tunisian team on Wednesday (tomorrow), in the final round of Group D in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

In a press conference that was held Tuesday at the Host Country Media Center of the tournament (HCMC), Deschamps said that the France vs. Tunisia match tomorrow is important for the French team (Les Blues), adding that the team is working on including new players to the game, based on their awareness that the Tunisian team (Eagles of Carthage) includes distinguished players who play in the largest global leagues.

In regard to France's Antoine Griezmann and his role in the French team, Deschamps highlighted Griezmann's importance and distinction as a player in the ranks of the national team, noting that Griezmann has had a major role in serving Les Blues.

Regarding the injury of some of Les Blues' distinguished players and their inability to participate in the French team's matches during the tournament, the French coach expressed his regret after the team has lost some of its distinguished players due to injuries, pointing out that their efforts were needed in the tournament.

In regard to the team's most prominent players who will be playing against Tunisia tomorrow, Deschamps revealed that there is still time to disclose the list of players, noting that while some of them will be playing tomorrow, others will be resting until the next game. He affirmed that all players are ready to play in all matches of the tournament.

As for Karim Benzema, the French coach said that the player will not be playing for France in the tournament due to his injury.

On Eduardo Camavinga's great potential, Deschamps said that Camavinga may play as a left back, underlining the player's major role in the team's history.
