Doha, November 28 (QNA) - The first player of the Cameroonian national football team Jean-Pierre Nsame confirmed that the 3-3 result of his country's national team match against the Serbian team in the second round of Group G of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 is relatively good, due to the chances that were available for their competitors.

Pierre said in a statements that the match, at Al Janoub Stadium, was strong and difficult for both sides, pointing out that Serbia has distinguished players.

The Cameroonian player noted that his country's national team performed well in the second half, especially after the substitutions made by the coaching staff.

He added, "At the same time, we were not going to give up in front of our opponents in light of the spirit that we possess, despite some mistakes that appeared in our team and led to conceding two consecutive goals." Pierre continued: "We regained control and took control, and also missed a number of opportunities that were sufficient to achieve victory, despite the relative advantage of our opponent in terms of possession of the ball and threatening our goal."

The Cameroonian player explained that he and his teammates are not afraid of the next match against Brazil, the best candidate for the world title, and they are well aware that they will enter a strong battle for which they must be fully prepared. (QNA)
