Doha, November 02 (QNA) - HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah visited the US forces participating in securing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tournament within the trip paid by His Excellency to the units participating in securing the tournament, and within the framework of the Ministry of Defense's preparations for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 event.
During this visit, His Excellency was accompanied by HE Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces HE Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit, HE Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense and Security Affairs Major General (Pilot) Mohammed Abdullatif Al Mannai, who is also Chairman of the Ministry of Defense's Executive Committee for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, HE Commander of the Joint Force to secure the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Major General Saeed bin Hussain Al Khayarin, and a number of ranking officers at the Armed Forces.
