UN Condemns Houthi Attacks on Cities in Southwestern Saudi Arabia
New York, September 09 (QNA) - The United Nations on Tuesday condemned attacks by the Houthi group on areas in southwestern Saudi Arabia, saying the strikes had affected civilians and energy infrastructure.
Stephane Dujarric, the UN secretary-general's spokesman, expressed deep concern at a news conference over reports of civilian casualties following attacks by the Houthis on several Saudi cities.
Saudi authorities said dozens of citizens and residents sustained injuries of varying severity after energy facilities and infrastructure in the southern region were targeted Tuesday morning. (QNA)
