Three Killed, 23 Injured in Israeli Airstrike on South, East Lebanon
Beirut, September 05 (QNA) - The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced today that three people were killed and 23 others injured in the initial toll from Israeli airstrikes on areas in southern and eastern Lebanon last night (Friday).
The Ministry of Public Health's Emergency Operations Center stated in a press release today that the airstrikes resulted in the death of one person and injuries to 15 others, including six paramedics, three women, and two children, in the town of Al-Ramadiyah in the Tyre district. Two people were killed in the town of Kfarman in the Nabatieh district, and three people, including a woman, were injured in Nabatieh al-Fawqa. Four people, including two women, were injured in the town of Mayfadoun in the Nabatieh district.
In the Western Bekaa Valley in eastern Lebanon, airstrikes on the Ain al-Tineh area resulted in injuries to one person, a Syrian national.
Israeli aircraft also launched two consecutive raids on the town of Al-Mansouri, targeting a number of houses in the town located south of the city of Tyre. (QNA)
