Doha, September 03 (QNA) - Represented by its Criminal Studies Institute, the General Prosecution signed on Thursday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the State Audit Bureau, for joint cooperation in the fields of training and development, enhancing institutional cooperation and the exchange of expertise.
On the Public Prosecution's side, Attorney-General and Director of Criminal Studies Institute, Turki Rashid Al Mohannadi signed the MoU, while on the State Audit Bureau's side, the MoU was signed by Director of the Center of Excellence for Training and Development, Mohammed Mohdhar Al Saadi. The signing took place in the presence of several leaders and officials from both sides, in addition to several public prosecutors, in a step that underscores the depth of the institutional partnership.
The MoU aims to enhance joint cooperation between the two sides in training, scientific and research fields by organizing joint courses, seminars and workshops, exchanging professional expertise, implementing joint training activities and programs, preparing joint studies and research, and strengthening ties between researchers and research teams on both sides in areas of mutual interest.
This MoU also comes within the framework of the two parties' keenness to support and promote joint work in training, scientific and research fields, as well as to benefit from the capabilities and expertise available to both sides in supporting institutional development and developing national capabilities.
