Abu Dhabi, September 29 (QNA) - The State of Qatar participated in the 17th annual meeting of the Arab Finance Ministers Council, organized by the Arab Monetary Fund in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

 Deputy Undersecretary for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance Dr. Saud bin Abdullah Al Attiyah represented Qatar and headed its delegation.

Experts from the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development also took part in the meeting.

The agenda includes several issues of importance to Arab countries, including opportunities to use artificial intelligence in fiscal policy and public finance, sustainable financing for infrastructure, and Arab countries’ experiences. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development will also present the latest developments in the implementation of tax measures. (QNA)
