Doha, September 16 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE President of the United Mexican States Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo on the occasion of her country's Independence Day.
