QNA Concludes Digital Corporate Reputation Management Course with Qatar University
Doha, September 15 (QNA) - Qatar News Agency (QNA), represented by the QNA Training Center, concluded on Tuesday a three-day training course on digital corporate reputation management, organized in collaboration with Qatar University as part of the center's 2026 training plan.
Attended by QNA staff and representatives from various government entities, the program aimed to enhance participants' expertise in building, protecting, and strengthening digital institutional reputation to boost performance and stakeholder trust.
Led by Associate Professors Dr. Moez ben Messaoud and Dr. Taleb Al Adbah from Qatar University's Department of Mass Communication, the course covered key reputation metrics, such as credibility and transparency, while addressing threats like fake news and cyberattacks.
Participants engaged in practical exercises covering social media content analysis, digital crisis simulation, and risk mitigation strategies.
The initiative reflects QNA's commitment to advancing national media capabilities, keeping pace with digital communication trends, and strengthening training partnerships with leading national academic institutions. (QNA)
