Doha, September 13 (QNA) - Qatar News Agency (QNA) launched on Sunday a three-day training course on digital corporate reputation management, as part of QNA Training Center's 2026 training plan.

With the attendance 20 trainees from QNA and various government institutions, the training course aims to develop participants' knowledge and skills in managing digital corporate reputation, and to familiarize them with the latest practices and mechanisms for building, protecting, and enhancing it, thereby supporting organizational performance and fostering trust among various audience segments.

Presented by Dr. Moez ben Messaoud and Dr. Taleb Al Adbah, associate professors in the Mass Communication Department at the College of Arts and Science of Qatar University (QU), the course addresses the concept of digital reputation and its importance for individuals and organizations, as well as the elements involved in building it, foremost among them credibility, transparency, and engagement, alongside key threats such as fake news, cyberattacks, and digital defamation.

The training course also introduces strategies for managing digital reputation, along with mechanisms for monitoring and measuring it; methods for risk prevention and response; social media content analysis; and digital crisis management and trust recovery. It also covers best practices for building a positive digital identity, as well as the role of governance and corporate leadership in safeguarding digital reputation.

The course includes practical applications for analyzing organizational digital reputation, simulating digital crises, developing plans to address communication challenges, and enhancing institutional presence in the digital environment.

This course is part of Qatar News Agency's efforts, represented by QNA Training Center, to develop national media talent and keep pace with the rapid changes taking place across the media landscape. It also reflects the Agency's commitment to strengthening the role of the media in supporting comprehensive development and communicating national messages through professional and creative approaches.
