Baghdad, September 12 (QNA) - Iraqi Parliament Speaker, Heibat Al Halbousi on Saturday rejected the use of Iraqi territory to attack neighboring countries and emphasized the importance of limiting arms to state control.

The Iraqi Parliament Speaker emphasized, "the importance of adhering to the principle of restricting arms to the state and its constitutional institutions, under the command of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, in a manner that reinforces state sovereignty, preserves the country's security and stability, and prevents Iraq from regional conflicts."
