Casualty Toll from Israeli Aggression on Gaza Strip Rises to 73,670 Killed, 174,682 Injured
Gaza, September 10 (QNA) - The casualty toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,670 killed and 174,682 injured.
Health authorities in Gaza stated today that hospitals in the Strip received one fatality and 30 injured individuals over the past 24 hours. They noted that the number of casualties recorded since the ceasefire last October has reached 1,359 killed and 4,571 injured.
They also reported that 831 bodies have been recovered from the rubble of destroyed buildings, while more victims remain trapped beneath the debris. Ambulance and rescue teams have been unable to reach them due to the lack of adequate resources and logistical equipment, a result of the total blockade imposed by the occupation on Gaza and its population.
A ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli entity had come into effect last October; however, occupation forces continue to violate the agreement by launching further raids, artillery shelling, and heavy gunfire across various areas of the Strip. (QNA)
