London, September 01 (QNA) - Newcastle United announced Tuesday that they had officially signed Belgian forward Matias Fernandez-Pardo from French club Lille on a long-term contract. The club did not disclose the financial details of the deal.
Fernandez-Pardo, 21, impressed for Lille last season and helped the team qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
The Belgian international is Newcastle United's eighth signing of the current summer transfer window and will wear the No. 20 shirt for the English club.
