European Stocks Open Higher
Brussels, August 04 (QNA) - European stock indices opened higher on Tuesday, supported by falling oil prices and corporate earnings that have so far met investors' expectations, boosting market performance at the start of trading.
Among the major European markets, France's CAC 40 index in Paris rose 0.54 percent, while Germany's DAX index in Frankfurt gained 0.82 percent.
Italy's Milan stock exchange index advanced 0.71 percent, while Britain's FTSE 100 index in London added 0.42 percent. (QNA)
