Saudi Crown Prince, French President Discuss Ways to Develop Bilateral Relations
Paris, August 24 (QNA) - HH Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is visiting France, discussed on Monday with French President Emmanuel Macron ways to develop bilateral relations in all fields.
They also exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments and coordinated their joint efforts in this regard.
The Saudi Crown Prince and the French president chaired the first meeting of the Strategic Partnership Council between the governments of Saudi Arabia and France.
They witnessed the ceremony for the exchange of a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding including a declaration of intent between the Saudi Ministry of Defense and the French Ministry of the Armed Forces on enhancing the defense partnership; a memorandum of understanding to explore the development of a new global, mixed-use, entertainment-focused destination in France; and a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and capacity and skills development.
