Doha, August 19 (QNA) - Al Sailiya Club announced the signing of Cameroonian player Raoul Sanda from Qatar SC on loan until the end of the 2026-27 football season, in addition to extending the contract of its Moroccan player Younes Belhanda for another season.
In a statement on Wednesday, the club said Sanda's move to Al Sailiya comes as part of efforts to strengthen the football squad and enhance its readiness to compete during the new season, while benefiting from the player's technical abilities and his capacity to make the required contribution.
The statement added that extending Belhanda's contract represents an important step toward retaining experienced players within the team and enhancing technical stability, as Al Sailiya will rely on the Moroccan player's experience and technical abilities to help achieve the club's objectives and deliver strong performances during the new season.
Al Sailiya will begin its new-season campaign against Al Duhail next Saturday at Al Bayt Stadium in the opening round of the Qatar Stars League. (QNA)
