Kuwait, July 09 (QNA) - HH the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and HH President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed on Thursday a number of regional and international issues of common concern, foremost among them the developments in the Middle East region.
At their meeting, held during the UAE President's visit to Kuwait, both sides emphasized the importance of working to consolidate the foundations of stability and lasting peace in the region for the benefit of all its peoples and the development of its nations.
They also discussed the fraternal relations and various aspects of cooperation between the two countries as well as joint efforts to develop these relations, particularly in the economic and developmental fields, in a way that serves their mutual interests. (QNA)
