Caracas, July 05 (QNA) - HE Acting President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguez, awarded the Heroes of Venezuela medal to Qatar International Search and Rescue Group of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) in recognition of their humanitarian efforts during rescue and relief operations following the twin earthquakes that struck the country. 

This honor recognizes the Qatari team's successful relief missions, during which it demonstrated a high level of professionalism, rapid response, and commitment to humanitarian duty, setting an example of international cooperation in disaster response, mitigating its effects, and alleviating the suffering of those affected.
