Beirut, July 04 (QNA) - The cumulative death toll from the Israeli armed aggression against Lebanon since March 2 has reached 4,303, with 12,202 others injured, the Public Health Emergency Operations Center at the Lebanese Health Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

Lebanon and Israel have signed a US-brokered framework deal that contemplates security arrangements and the redeployment of the Lebanese military in the south.

Under this agreement, measures should have been taken to reconstruct the damaged areas and revive the Lebanese economy, establish direct deconfliction channels between the two sides, and take confidence-building measures ahead of an enduring peace. (QNA)
