Qatar Takes Part in Sustainability Forum in North Macedonia
Skopje, July 03 (QNA) - The State of Qatar has participated in an economic forum in the Republic of North Macedonia focused on turning sustainability into a competitive advantage and building resilient institutions in an uncertain global environment.
The forum, held in Skopje on Friday, was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of North Macedonia, the country's Chamber of Commerce, and the UN Resident Coordinator's Office, in partnership with the European Union mission.
The State of Qatar was represented by Rashid bin Saeed Al Khayarin, Charge d'Affaires at its embassy in North Macedonia.
The event was attended by HE Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia Hristijan Mickoski, HE Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski and HE UN Resident Coordinator in North Macedonia Rita Columbia. Also, present were Their Excellencies diplomats, international organization representatives and figures from political, economic and cultural sectors.
Discussions focused on ways to strengthen sustainability practices, enhance institutional competitiveness and build more resilient economies in the face of global challenges and uncertainty. (QNA)
