QSE Index Falls 0.15% at Start of Trading
Doha, July 23 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index fell by 15.20 points, or 0.15%, at the start of Thursday's trading, down to 10,051 points, under pressure from five sectors.
The market data showed declines in the sectors of Transportation (-0.03%), Banks and Financial Services (-0.14%), Telecoms (-0.16%), Industrials (-0.21%), and Real Estate (-0.39%). However, performance was positive for Insurance (+0.24%) and Consumer Goods and Services (+0.23%).
At 10:00 a.m., QSE recorded 3,583 transactions worth QR 44.896 million, distributed across 20.803 million shares. (QNA)
