Doha, July 23 (QNA) - HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met today with HE Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) Dr. Rania Al Mashat, who is currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the United Nations in the areas of sustainable development, empowering the most vulnerable groups, and supporting humanitarian efforts in the region were reviewed, in addition to a number of topics of common interest. (QNA)
