Washington, July 13 (QNA) - The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced Monday that its forces conducted a new wave of offensive strikes against Iran, targeting dozens of military sites in multiple locations using precision munitions. The aim of these strikes was to undermine Iran's ability to continue attacking international shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.
In a statement, CENTCOM said that air defense systems, coastal radar sites, missile and drone equipment, and small boats were targeted using US fighter jets, Navy ships, drones, and unmanned boats. (QNA)
