Doha, July 12 (QNA) - The Ministry of Interior confirmed that three people, including one child, sustained injuries as a result of falling debris from interception operations. It noted that the injured are receiving necessary medical care.
"As part of its continuous monitoring of developments on the ground, the Ministry of Interior confirms that security authorities and Civil Defence teams initiated their response procedures in accordance with the approved emergency plans following the Iranian attacks", the ministry said in a statement Sunday.
The ministry also clarified that national public safety and emergency alerts are activated only when circumstances require the implementation of additional urgent precautionary measures to safeguard public safety. It further urged the public to obtain information solely from official sources and to refrain from circulating rumors or sharing unverified information, images, or video clips, in order to avoid legal accountability.
The Ministry of Interior's competent security authorities continue to operate with full readiness around the clock, ensuring a rapid response, safeguarding the security and safety of the community, and maintaining the uninterpreted provision of services, the statement confirmed. (QNA)
