Muscat, October 10 (QNA) - Oman's Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Albusaidi and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah exchanged views on regional developments in a phone conversation on Saturday.

During the phone call, Omani Foreign Minister expressed the Sultanate of Oman's solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its rejection of attacks on civilian facilities or any threat to its security and the safety of civilians.

The two sides affirmed the importance of continued coordination and consultation and of strengthening efforts to contain tensions and consolidate calm. This would create favorable conditions for political dialogue and promote the peaceful resolution of all issues and crises, thereby safeguarding the security and stability of the region. (QNA)
