Amman, July 12 (QNA) - The Jordanian Armed Forces announced that three missiles launched from Iranian territory landed in several locations within the country early Sunday morning.
No casualties were reported, and damage was limited to minor material losses.
A military source within the Jordanian Armed Forces stated that Royal Engineering Corps teams immediately dispatched to the affected sites, where they secured the areas and handled the missile debris and unexploded remnants in accordance with established technical and safety procedures. The relevant authorities continue to monitor the situation on the ground.
The source stressed that the Jordan Armed Forces will not allow the Kingdom's airspace or territory to become a battleground that threatens Jordan's security and stability, adding that it would respond firmly to any threat against the country's sovereignty, territorial integrity, or the security of its citizens. The source emphasized that all formations and units remain at the highest levels of operational readiness to confront any potential threat. (QNA)
