Jeddah, June 30 (QNA) - Saudi Arabia's Cabinet has strongly condemned continued Iranian attacks against Kuwait and Bahrain, as well as threats to maritime security in the Strait of Hormuz.
In a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency following a cabinet meeting chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the government said the actions constituted a violation of international law and the UN Charter.
The Cabinet reaffirmed Saudi Arabia's solidarity with Kuwait and Bahrain, and expressed full support for any measures they take to protect their sovereignty and security.
It also voiced support for the outcomes of a recent ministerial meeting between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the United States, which emphasized the strategic partnership between the two sides and continued coordination on issues of mutual concern.
According to the statement, the discussions aimed to strengthen regional security and stability and protect shared interests. (QNA)
