Qatar Stock Exchange Closes Lower as Market Capitalization Declines
Doha, June 03 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange closed lower on Wednesday, with its benchmark index falling 14.91 points, or 0.14%, to end the session at 10,392.54 points.
A total of 105.5 million shares were traded during the session, with turnover reaching QR 308.5 million across 20,983 transactions.
Seventeen listed companies recorded gains, while 33 declined and three remained unchanged.
Market capitalization stood at QR 625.4 billion at the close of trading, down from QR 627.2 billion in the previous session, reflecting a modest decline in overall market value. (QNA)
