Doha, June 28 (QNA) - Qatar News Agency (QNA) launched on Sunday a three-day training course titled "Advanced Public Relations Skills" as part of the 2026 training plan of the QNA Training Center, with the participation of trainees from the agency and several government entities.

The course seeks to advance participants' expertise in public relations and corporate communications by introducing them to the latest concepts, strategies, and industry best practices. It also aims to enhance their ability to plan, implement, and manage strategic communication initiatives in line with internationally recognized standards.

Delivered by public relations expert Aisha Al Essa, the course features a range of specialized topics, including contemporary public relations concepts, strategic planning, corporate identity and reputation management, digital communications, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on strengthening institutional communication and enhancing professional performance.

The program also examines best practices in crafting effective communication messages, engaging with diverse stakeholder groups, and utilizing digital platforms to support communication initiatives and reinforce institutional presence.

The course also includes practical exercises and training projects designed to enable participants to apply the knowledge and skills they acquire through the development of specialized public relations plans and case-based exercises. Participants will present and discuss the outcomes of these projects at the conclusion of the training program.

The course is the final program offered by the QNA Training Center during the second quarter of the year, with training activities set to resume in September in accordance with the Center's annual training plan.

The course forms part of Qatar News Agency's ongoing efforts, through the QNA Training Center, to develop national media talent and keep abreast of the latest best practices in public relations and corporate communications, thereby enhancing professional performance and institutional effectiveness.
