Omani Non-Oil Exports Hit OMR 1.611 Billion In Q1 2026

Muscat, June 27 (QNA) - Oman's non-oil exports have recorded positive performance during Q1 2026, reaching OMR 1.611 billion.

According to statistical data published by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) of Oman, the value of re-exports increased by 4.6 percent to OMR 367 million, compared with OMR 351 million in Q1 2025, reflecting growing commercial activity and an expansion in re-export operations.

Exports recording the highest growth rates are chemical industry products, up by 17 percent reaching OMR 216 million, followed by base metal exports increasing by 10.8 percent to OMR 376 million, and live animal exports up by six percent to OMR 104 million, according to figures. (QNA)
