Washington, June 26 (QNA) - Adobe has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Topaz Labs, a leader in AI-powered image and video enhancement, to strengthen its visual content processing capabilities.

The deal will integrate Topaz Labs' AI models into Adobe Firefly and Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro, enhancing image restoration, video upscaling, and noise reduction.

Adobe said the acquisition will also leverage Topaz Labs' technology for running advanced AI models locally on users' devices, enabling faster performance, improved content quality, and reduced reliance on cloud computing. (QNA)
