Omani, Japanese Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Developments
Muscat, June 17 (QNA) - Oman's Foreign Minister, Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, held a phone call on Wednesday with Japan's Foreign Minister, Toshimitsu Motegi, during which the two sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation across various fields.
During the call, the ministers also discussed the significance of the recent understanding reached between the United States and Iran. They expressed support for all regional and international efforts aimed at ensuring the success of the agreement, contributing to the reduction of tensions and helping create conditions that safeguard the security and safety of maritime navigation in the region in accordance with the principles of international law.
