Jordan-EU Investment Conference to Take Place on November 19
Amman, June 17 (QNA) - The Jordanian government and the European Union announced Wednesday that the Jordan-EU Investment Conference will be held on November 19, with the participation of European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
In a joint statement issued by the Ministry of Investment and the European Commission, the two sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening economic cooperation, supporting sustainable growth and expanding trade and investment partnerships between Jordan and the EU.
It will bring together investors, companies and financial institutions from Jordan and EU member states to highlight promising investment opportunities in Jordan and discuss partnerships in priority sectors, including renewable energy, clean technologies, the digital economy, industry, logistics and infrastructure.
The conference is part of the Jordan-EU Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership, launched in early 2025 and supported by a €3 billion financial and investment package for 2025-2027. (QNA)
