UAE President Meets Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs

Abu Dhabi, May 07 (QNA) - HH President of the sisterly United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met today with HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani.
At the beginning of the meeting, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HH the UAE President, wishing HH the President good health and happiness, and the people of the UAE continued progress and prosperity.
In turn, HH the UAE President entrusted HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs with his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing His Highness good health and happiness, and the Qatari people continued progress and development.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them across various fields to serve their common interests and benefit their brotherly peoples.
They also discussed developments in the region and their serious repercussions for regional and international security and stability.
During the meeting, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed the State of Qatar's condemnation of the renewed Iranian attacks targeting civilian sites and facilities in the UAE using missiles and drones. He reiterated the State of Qatar's full solidarity with the UAE and its support for all measures taken to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity. (QNA)
