Occupied Jerusalem, May 07 (QNA) - Israeli occupation forces launched an arrest campaign Thursday targeting 17 Palestinians from various areas across the West Bank.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that Israeli occupation forces carried out an arrest campaign targeting 14 people after raiding and searching their homes and vandalizing their contents in the town of Azzun east of Qalqilya and the town of Habla south of the city.
The arrests also targeted a Palestinian from the New Askar refugee camp east of Nablus, another from the city of Yatta south of Hebron, in addition to a young man from the village of Wadi Rahhal south of Bethlehem.
In a related context, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Tubas and later raided the town of Tammun, carrying out searches of several homes.
Cities, towns and refugee camps across the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem witness daily raids and incursions by Israeli occupation forces and settlers, often accompanied by confrontations, arrests and the firing of live and rubber bullets, as well as tear gas canisters at Palestinians. (QNA)
