Doha, May 06 (QNA) - HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met with HE UN Secretary-General's Personal Envoy for Sudan Pekka Haavisto, who is visiting the country.
The meeting discussed developments in Sudan, Qatar's humanitarian support for those affected by the war and for the health sector, along with regional and international efforts aimed at supporting the path to a comprehensive political solution in Sudan.
HE the Minister of State for International Cooperation reiterated the State of Qatar's full support for the unity, sovereignty, and stability of Sudan, and its solidarity with the fraternal Sudanese people. (QNA)
