Gaza, May 31 (QNA) - A Palestinian man succumbed to his wounds on Sunday after being injured in an Israeli airstrike near the Firas market in central Gaza City.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), citing medical sources, reported that the man had been wounded in the attack on the area before succumbing to his injuries.
The death toll from the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 72,819, with 172,894 wounded.
Israeli forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement by carrying out further assassinations, artillery shelling, airstrikes, and heavy gunfire in various areas of the Gaza Strip. (QNA)
