LoginPresident of Republic of Singapore Meets Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs
Singapore, May 30 (QNA) - HE President of the Republic of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam met with HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan bin Ali Al-Thani at the Presidential Palace (Istana).
The meeting took place as part of the participation of HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs in the Shangri-La Dialogue 2026, convened in the Republic of Singapore.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest developments and security updates in the region, as well as bilateral cooperation and coordination amid the current conditions.
The meeting was attended by HE Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Singapore Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki Al Jehani, along with several top-echelon officers and officials from both sides. (QNA)
