Four Palestinians Martyred in Israeli Drone Strikes across Gaza
Gaza, May 21 (QNA) - Four Palestinians were martyred and others wounded by Israeli gunfire and drone strikes targeting several areas across the Gaza Strip.
WAFA News Agency reported that two Palestinians were martyred by Israeli forces within areas under their control in Al-Mawasi neighborhood of Rafah.
A Palestinian was martyred by Israeli fire in the town of Al-Qarara, northeast of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. Another Palestinian was martyred and others wounded when an Israeli quadcopter drone dropped a bomb on a group of Palestinians in the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip.
A third Palestinian was wounded when an Israeli drone dropped a bomb near the Halawa refugee camp in Jabalia, northern Gaza.
Medical sources indicated that medical teams were able Thursday to recover the bodies of two truck drivers several days after they were shot by occupation forces in Al-Mawasi area of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip, which is under Israeli control within the so-called “Yellow Line.”
The occupation forces carried out large-scale demolitions of residential buildings east of Gaza City and Khan Younis, amid artillery shelling and heavy gunfire from military vehicles.
The death toll has risen to 72,773 martyrs, with 172,723 injured since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7, 2023.
Occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement by carrying out further assassinations, artillery shelling, airstrikes and heavy gunfire across several areas of the Strip. (QNA)
