Nine People Injured in Russian Attack Targeting Ukraine's Dnipro Region
Kyiv, May 18 (QNA) - Ukrainian authorities said that nine people were injured following a missile attack launched by Russian forces on the city of Dnipro overnight.
Ukraine's (Ukrinform) news agency quoted the head of the regional military administration in Dnipro as saying that Russian forces launched a large-scale missile attack on the city, injuring nine people. The attack also damaged several houses and sparked fires in residential buildings.
Since the start of the war, which has now entered its fourth year, Russia and Ukraine have exchanged near-daily reports claiming that each side has repelled attacks by the other, although these claims cannot be independently verified due to the ongoing war and fighting since Feb. 24, 2022. (QNA)
