Kuwait City, May 14 (QNA) - Kuwaiti and Egyptian officials have discussed recent regional developments and efforts to bolster stability in the Middle East during a phone call on Thursday.

According to a statement from Kuwait's foreign ministry, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah held talks with his Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdelatty to review the latest developments in the region.

The call also focused on ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at addressing current events and strengthening regional and international security and stability, the statement said.

Both sides reaffirmed the importance of continued coordination amid wider regional tensions. (QNA)
