Brussels, April 9 (QNA) - European stock indices declined at the close Thursday.

The pan-European Stoxx 600 index fell by 2.38 points, or 0.4 percent, to close at 611.12 points.

The German DAX index also declined, dropping 326.05 points, or 1.35 percent, to close at 23,754.58 points.

The French CAC 40 index fell by 18.07 points, or 0.22 percent, to close at 8,245.8 points.

The British FTSE 100 index declined by 5.4 points, or 0.05 percent, to close at 10,603.48 points.(QNA)
