Arab League Renews Condemnation of Iranian Attacks, Calls for Firmer International Stance
Cairo, April 6 (QNA) - The Arab League has renewed its condemnation of Iranian attacks on several Arab countries, calling for a more unified and firm international stance to confront these attacks.
This came during a meeting between Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the Arab League, and Lari Hussar, Speaker of the Estonian Parliament, at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo.
Aboul Gheit stressed that Iran is pursuing a hostile policy lacking a sound compass, which will have profound repercussions on its relations with the Arab world in the future.
The Secretary-General of the Arab League expressed his appreciation for Estonia's steadfast position in supporting the Palestinian people's right to establish their independent state, in accordance with international law and the two-state solution.
Both sides agreed to strengthen regular consultation channels between the Arab League and the European Union (EU), ensuring closer coordination in addressing shared international challenges. (QNA)
